Sub-contractors are appointed to provide the delivery service for a fee. Their rates and terms & condition can be found at the cashier counter or from any of our sales staff.
Customers are to pay all delivery charges directly to the contractor upon delivery made and are non-refundable.
All items purchased must be delivered latest 2 weeks after that particular sale period, failure to do so would impose storage charge of $5 per item per day.
Self Collection
All items above $100 to be self-collected from Senoko Warehouse (Teak) and Ubi
Warehouse (China). For showroom displays, any delivery or self-collection to be done only after
the last day of sale.
All original receipts must be present during the collection time.
All items purchased must be collected latest 2 weeks after that particular sale period, failure to do so would impose storage charge of $5 per item per day.
Membership
All purchases above $200 in a single receipt / combined receipts not longer than 3 months
would be given 1 year Wihardja membership card. This would entitle you an additional
5% discount on all the purchases only after you have received the card. The card must be
presented at point of purchase during transaction.
In the event where the membership is not presented during time of payment, the 5% discount would be forfeited.
Indent Order (60-90 Days)
No cancellation of Indent Order.
Indent order arrives later than expected to be refunded to customer with no interest due.
Once the indent order arrives, customers must either arrange for delivery or self collection from Senoko warehouse within 2 weeks, else warehouse charges of $5 per item per day applies.
Gift Voucher
All gift vouchers must be presented at point of purchase.
Not accepted if defaced or torn.
Only valid at Wihardja (Singapore) outlets.
Not exchangeable for cash.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date.
No change will be given for purchases made below the voucher value.
Exchange / Return
No claims for damage or short supply will be entertained unless notified us in writing
within 3 days of receipt of goods. Email: info@wihardja.com.sg
Goods must be returned in its original condition.
Wihardja does not entertain any exchange or refund due to change of mind. However, if you encountered any other problems with regards to our products, you can email us at info@wihardja.com.sg
Wihardja do not practice cash refund.
The Management reserves the right to amend or cancel any condition without prior notice.
